Pantry Needs - January

Happy New Year! WARM is just finishing up our annual inventory of the Pantry and Thrift Store, and we will be reopening on the 5th of January. While the pantry has been able to make a small order from the Houston Food Bank, they have virtually shut down deliveries until January 13th as they are implementing new inventory software. This, along with the rush just before Christmas, leaves the WARM food pantry in short supply for specific items. Please see the list below for items that are our most significant needs:

  • Dry beans (Pinto, Kidney, etc.)

  • Peanut Butter

  • Jelly

  • Canned vegetables

  • Rice

  • Ramen

  • Cereal

As always, standard sizes are preferred. Food Donations can be made any time the Thrift Store is open (Monday - Saturday; 10 AM - 4 PM). Just let someone in the store know you are dropping off food, and we will meet you at the back door of the Pantry. We also pick up from the RED BARRELS at Arlans in Waller and HEB in Cypress, and there are a few churches in the area that act as collection points for WARM.
