100% of the proceeds of this raffle will go to support Waller Assistance & Restoration Ministries, Inc. (WARM), a 503(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of expressing the love of Christ by serving those in need within our community.

WARM is located at 40070 Highway 290 Business, Waller, TX 77484.

Must be 18 or older with a valid Texas driver's license to participate.

Employees and board members of WARM and their immediate families are not eligible.

Tickets are $20 each or six (6) for $100 and can be purchased online, at the WARM Treasures thrift store, at participating local vendors, and at special events in the community.

All purchases of raffle tickets are final and non-refundable.

Raffle tickets cannot be re-sold or transferred to another person or party. Only the registered name on the winning entry will be allowed to claim the prizes.

WARM reserves the right to substitute raffle prizes of similar value for whatever reason deemed necessary.

The raffle winner shall be responsible for federal, state, and local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments, and like charges associated with the prize. The IRS has ruled that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries, or similar programs are not gifts. Therefore, the ticket price does not qualify as a charitable contribution. Check with your qualified financial advisor or the IRS for additional information.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted at the WARM Treasures thrift store and FaceBook Live on December 15, 2022, at 4:00 PM.

Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be contacted by phone and email to arrange the pickup of prizes.

If the selected winner fails to claim their prize within 14 days, for whatever reason, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner can be selected

By entering, prize winners authorize WARM to publish their name and likeness on their website, social media, in local news media, and in other promotional materials used for the raffle.

Ticket purchasers, by participating (and winner, by accepting), release WARM and its board of directors, volunteers, and employees from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or use of the prize awarded and also acknowledge that they did not receive any representations, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or law, relative to any prize. Any liability of WARM shall be limited to the ticket price paid, and in the case of any dispute, WARM's decision shall be final.
